1. 定義

  • 會員訂閱:以 Apple In‑App Purchase(IAP)完成之自動續期或一次性購買方案。
  • Apple 帳號:指你裝置上 App Store 使用之 Apple ID,用於交易與收據管理;與 App 內帳號不同。
  • 交易收據:Apple 發行之電子收據,用以驗證與同步你的權益。

2. 購買與開通

  • 你點選方案後,系統將以你的 Apple ID 完成交易。
  • 我們僅在 Apple 回報有效交易時開通會員權益;若後續發生退款/撤銷,我們將同步關閉會員並回收相關贈品(如金幣),詳見〈金幣使用規範〉。

3. 自動續期與管理

  • 自動續期方案將於到期前 24 小時由 Apple 以你的 Apple ID 自動扣款。
  • 你可於 iOS「設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱」或 App Store 訂閱頁管理、變更或取消。取消僅停止下一期續扣,不影響本期權益與已收費用。

4. 試用、促銷與價格變更

  • 若提供試用或促銷,以畫面揭示之條件為準。
  • 價格如有調整,Apple 將依其政策通知並可能要求你同意;否則自動續期將停止。

5. 退款

  • IAP 退款由 Apple 依其政策處理(例如「Report a Problem」)。一經 Apple 核准退款,我們會依交易狀態撤回會員權益並回收贈幣。
  • 除 Apple 核准外,我們原則上不另行提供 App 內退款。

6. 稅費與發票

價格已含或未含稅,依 Apple 顯示為準;稅費與單據由 Apple 依商店地區處理。

7. 權益內容變更與中斷

  • 我們得調整會員包含之功能;重大調整將事前公告。
  • 因不可抗力、網路或第三方服務中斷所致之暫停,不視為違約;我們將於合理期間內復原。

8. 防詐騙與濫用

如有異常交易、退款濫用、越獄或未經授權之存取,我們得拒絕交易或終止權益並保留追訴。

1. Definitions

  • Membership Subscription: Auto‑renewing or one‑time purchases completed via Apple In‑App Purchase (IAP).
  • Apple Account: The Apple ID used on your device’s App Store for transactions and receipt management; distinct from your in‑App account.
  • Transaction Receipt: The electronic receipt issued by Apple, used to validate and sync your entitlements.

2. Purchase and Activation

  • When you select a plan, the transaction is completed using your Apple ID.
  • We activate membership only upon Apple’s confirmation of a valid transaction. If a refund or revocation occurs later, we will revoke membership and reclaim related grants (e.g., coins). See Coins Rules.

3. Auto‑Renewal and Management

  • For auto‑renewing plans, Apple charges your Apple ID 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Manage, change, or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or the App Store subscriptions page. Cancellation stops the next cycle only; it does not affect the current period or amounts already charged.

4. Trials, Promotions, and Price Changes

  • Any trial or promotion is governed by the terms shown in‑app at the time of offer.
  • If prices change, Apple will notify you per its policy and may require consent; otherwise auto‑renewal will stop.

5. Refunds

  • IAP refunds are handled by Apple via its channels (e.g., Report a Problem). Once Apple approves a refund, we will revoke membership entitlements and reclaim any granted coins.
  • Except where Apple approves a refund, we generally do not provide additional in‑app refunds.

6. Taxes and Invoices

Whether prices include tax is as shown by Apple; taxes and receipts are handled by Apple based on your store region.

7. Changes to Benefits and Service Interruptions

  • We may adjust features included in membership; material changes will be announced in advance.
  • Temporary suspension due to force majeure, network issues, or third‑party outages is not a breach; we will restore service within a reasonable period.

8. Anti‑Fraud and Abuse

If we detect suspicious transactions, refund abuse, jailbroken devices, or unauthorized access, we may refuse transactions or terminate entitlements and reserve all rights to pursue remedies.
