Coin Policy

1. 性質與定義

  • 「金幣」為本 App 內之虛擬點數，僅作為解鎖或使用本 App 內部之數位功能／服務（例如進階搜尋、外觀／主題、雲端備份配額、App 內權益等）。
  • 金幣不是法定貨幣、存款、預付卡或多用途儲值；不得兌換現金、匯款、投資或計息。

2. 取得方式

你可透過（i）完成任務、活動或行銷活動獲得，或（ii）購買／續訂會員時由我們贈送。贈送金幣的數量與條件以畫面或公告為準，得不定期調整。

3. 使用範圍與限制

  • 金幣僅能於本 App 內使用，不得用於任何 App 外的商品或服務折抵、購買或清算。
  • 金幣不得轉讓、交換、拍賣、贈與或以任何方式移轉給其他帳號；亦不得以外部方式儲值或提領。
  • 如你違反本規範、利用系統漏洞或從事不法行為取得或使用金幣，我們得凍結或扣回相關金幣與權益。

4. 交易與記錄

  • 我們會在系統中記錄金幣的增加、扣減與用途。你可於 App 內查詢近期待用紀錄。
  • 因系統或網路因素導致顯示與實際記錄不符時，以伺服器端記錄為準。

5. 贈幣之暫存與回收

  • 伴隨 IAP 交易贈送之金幣，於 Apple 交易遭退款、撤銷或詐騙判定時，我們得自動回收等值金幣（含已轉為可用或暫存狀態者）。
  • 如回收時你帳戶金幣餘額不足，我們得（i）將餘額調整為 0；（ii）限制你使用付費功能直至差額補足；或（iii）取消相關權益。

6. 有效期限與上限

  • 目前金幣無固定到期日；如未來調整，我們將提前公告並提供合理緩衝期。
  • 為防濫用，我們得設定金幣餘額或單日扣用上限；屆時以公告為準。

7. 停權、結束服務與清理

  • 當你刪除帳號、重大違規遭停權或本服務全部終止時，未使用之金幣將視為失效，不另行折抵或退費。
  • 因違規或詐欺所凍結之金幣，我們得逕予沒收。

1. Nature and Definition

  • “Coins” are in‑app virtual points used solely to unlock or use digital features/services within the App (e.g., advanced search, appearance/themes, cloud backup quota, in‑app perks).
  • Coins are not legal tender, deposits, prepaid cards, or multi‑purpose stored value; they cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred by remittance, used for investment, or accrue interest.

2. How to Obtain

You may (i) earn Coins by completing tasks, activities, or marketing campaigns; or (ii) receive bonus Coins when purchasing/renewing membership. The quantity and conditions are shown in‑app or via announcements and may change from time to time.

3. Scope of Use and Restrictions

  • Coins may be used only within the App and not for any external goods/services, discounts, purchases, or settlements outside the App.
  • Coins may not be transferred, exchanged, auctioned, gifted, or otherwise moved to other accounts; no external top‑ups or withdrawals.
  • If you violate this Policy, exploit system vulnerabilities, or engage in unlawful acts to obtain or use Coins, we may freeze or claw back related Coins and perks.

4. Transactions and Records

  • We record increases, deductions, and usage of Coins. You can view recent activity in the App.
  • If the display differs from the actual server record due to system or network issues, the server record prevails.

5. Temporary Hold and Clawback of Bonus Coins

  • Coins granted alongside an IAP may be automatically reclaimed if the Apple transaction is refunded, reversed, or deemed fraudulent (including Coins that have become available or are on hold).
  • If your balance is insufficient at the time of clawback, we may (i) set your balance to 0; (ii) restrict paid features until the deficit is covered; or (iii) cancel related perks.

6. Validity and Limits

  • Coins currently have no fixed expiration. If this changes, we will announce in advance and provide a reasonable grace period.
  • To prevent abuse, we may set balance or per‑day deduction limits; see announcements for details.

7. Suspension, Service Termination, and Cleanup

  • When you delete your account, are suspended for major violations, or when the service ends, unused Coins become invalid and are not refunded or offset.
  • Coins frozen due to violations or fraud may be forfeited.
